As a licensed contractor with 28 years experience, Randy Steel can give proper care in the maintenance to the properties and when you are ready for your own home he can build it for you.
For over twenty-eight years Randy & Deana have enjoyed serving the youth of the community as leaders in the Boy Scouts of America. They have both been awarded the Silver Beaver award for distinguished service to youth and the Boy Scouts of America.

Steel Property Management was established in 1999. We began with the management of 7 four-plexes and and 2 tri-plexes. Since then we have expanded to offer single family homes and duplexes.
